Description:  HD have been appointed to carry out Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on this new 10 storey 243 bed 3* Moxy Hotel with 2no. retail units (as shell works). 

 

The build comprises an innovative modular system utilising CLT (cross laminated timber).  The hotel entrance comprises reception and lobby incorporating informal seating and meeting areas, gym, bar and self-service eating and drinking.
