HD Property Consultants Limited was formed in early 2018 by MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyors Drew Russell and Harry Browne with a business philosophy of providing a more proactive, hands-on and director-led service to clients. The firm specialises in quantity surveying, employers agent and project management services and has a broad range of expertise in the property and construction sectors; more recently hospitality, commercial and residential (private social housing and BTR).
In 2021 Steven Parker MRICS joined as a Director, enhancing our existing sector knowledge and bringing further growth opportunities in the logistics and land sectors.
