Description:  HD have been appointed to carry out Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on this new 10 storey 216 bed 4* Courtyard by Marriott Hotel.   

 

The build comprises an innovative modular system utilising CLT (cross laminated timber).  Works include a link bridge linking to the SECC and SSE Hydro across Congress Way, restaurant with display kitchen, both formal and informal meeting areas and flexible break-out spaces.
