Description:  Our role involved full Employers Agent services on this new build 458 bedroom student accommodation.  The Client implemented an innovative and modern style layout with a mix of studios, clusters and shared areas.  Furthermore, the Client wished to retain certain specialist services in-house which HD Property Consultants assisted in contractually arranging.
